Guidelines

Admission 

Students or parents should approach the reception.

  • Reception shall guide them to the Career Counsellors available in the office.

  • After selecting the course they should buy the admission form for Rs. 500=00.
  • Fill up the Admission form carefully.
  • Attach essential documents as per the table below :

  • Contact form checking incharge Mr. Khilesh Dewangan / Mr. Utpal Sinha and get paper work completed.
  • Pay the fees at the cash counter.
  • Payment can be made in cash / cheques in lumpsum or in installments at the fee counter only.
  • Payments in installments involve additional installment charges.
  • Start of class date and sections shall be notified in the notice boards.
  • Last date of admission is 31st July Subject to availability of seats.

 

Enrollment Guidelines For Students Of First Year 

 Students are to be enrolled with the University to continue as regular students. The forms are to be filled in their respective classes on the dates & time as notified by the office.
  • Fill the form as per the instruction given in the form.

  •  Deposit the filled up form to Mr. Khilesh Dewangan.

  •  For any query on enrollment, contact Mr. Utpal Sinha.

  •  Students not complying to the above formality will be himself / herself responsible for the consequences.

 

Payment Of Fee  

  • College fee and any other fee in cash/cheque are to be deposited at cash counter only.
  • Payment time 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

 

Library   

  • Contact librarian for issue of Library Card with copy of fee payment receipt and 3 photographs (Ticket Size).
  • Librarian will issue Library Cards.
  • Before each examination, all issued Books are to be returned.
  • Get no due certificate in prescribed format from the librarian. 

 

Without Completing Course 

  • Students are to apply in plain paper to the Principal.
  • Attach a copy of the marksheet with the application.
  • Upon approval from Principal request for a no due proforma from the counter.
  • No dues are to be obtained for Library, Hostel, Accounts & Tie & Blazer, and dues if any, are to be deposited in cash with the accounts section to Mr. Sandeep Sinha.
  • Submit the application and no due certificate to Mr. Khilesh Dewangan or Mr. Utpal Sinha for preparation of T.C.
  • T. C. shall be available after 2 days between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM from Mr. Khilesh Dewangan. 

 

After Completing the Course 

  • Student to apply in the format and complete no due certificate formalities. Marksheet should be attached with the application.
  • T.C. shall be available in 2 days time from Mr. Khilesh Dewangan / Mr. K. K. Soni between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  

 

Caution Money 

Students after completing the course are eligible to get their caution money back.

  • Apply in prescribed proforma, available at the counter.
  • Fill the format, attach copy of T.C.
  • Hand it over to the accountant Mr. Yagendra Bhoi.
  • Caution money shall be paid by cross cheques in favour of students and students will receive phone call when the cheque is available. 

 

Revaluation & Sept-Oct Supplementary Examination

 Students after completing the course are eligible to get their caution money back.

  • Revaluation applications are to be made within 15 days of publication of result in University website.
  • Supplementary students should approach the University designated college for filling up the forms and other formalities. Admit Cards and Marksheets shall be issued by the above designated college only.
  • Students desirous for revaluation of their main examination papers should watch the notice board for relevant details and contact Mr. Utpal Sinha / Mr. Khilesh Dewangan for any queries. See the University website: www.prsu.ac.in also.

 

Events And Sports

Events and Sports activities are essential part of upliftment of student’s personality, many events and sports competitions are organized in this college. All such programmes shall be notified in the notice boards and classes. Students should contact the designated teachers for their participation. These information shall be available in the college website also. Main events include Fresher's /Teacher's day, Annual Function, Farewell, Annual Sports and Alumni Meet etc.

 

Important General Instructions

  • Strict discipline is to be maintained in the college.
  • Ragging in any sort may invite rustication and legal penal action as per Anti-Ragging law.
  • Dress code is to be strictly adhered to.
  • Maintain attendance as per University guidelines i.e. 75% or more.
  • Maintain decorum of the college outside campus also, whether in excursions, picnics, examination and events outside college.
  • Use of mobile is strictly prohibited in the campus.
