We emphasize the importance of learning through direct experience. The teaching methodology at Disha College therefore encourages the students to participate in various Seminars and workshops. 

Annual Function & Prize Distribution Ceremony The most awaited grand event of the college is Annual Day Celebration. The day which is greatly awaited by the students and celebrated with great joy and Enthusiasm. This day is the day of celebrating the spirit of togetherness, joy fun and to admire the talents of Cur College. The Prize Distribution ceremony is done by the renowned dignitaries to boost up their morale and continue this winning aptitude in them. 

A number of in house competitions are organized time to time to bring out the talents of the students and help them in developing their capabilities in fields like Debate, Essay Competition, Speech, Extempore, Rangoli, Mehendi, Pooja Thali, Salad decoration, flower Decoration etc.
